Delivery & Returns

Please take the time to read the terms and conditions applied to your order. If we have not made any part of the ordering process clear, then kindly let us know.



Delivery


UK
Delivery to the UK is a flat rate of £3.50 for any number of products ordered at any one time. Orders will be dispatched within 7 days of your order being placed (although usually much sooner) and will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Service or via courier for heavy/bulky orders (e.g. My Hermes). If we cannot dispatch your order within this timescale we will let you know via email. Your order will be fully insured by us.

Delivery will take 2-3 working days from dispatch.

Free Delivery (UK Only)
Free delivery is available on all UK orders over £150. If any items are returned to request a refund and the revised order value falls below the £150 threshold for free delivery, shipping costs will be applied at the standard rate of £3.50 and deducted from the refund value. 


Europe
Delivery to Europe is charged at £6.95.  

 

Worldwide
Worldwide delivery, inclusive of United StatesCanadaAustralia and New Zealand is charged at £11.95.

 

Express delivery (UK only)
A next day ‘Special Delivery Guaranteed’ service is available on request via phone or email using the online contacts form, before 3PM. This will incur an additional charge of £5.00 (£8.50 total including flat rate postage charge).

If the next day for delivery is a Saturday, the Royal Mail charge is an additional £10.00 (£13.50 total including flat rate postage charge)

Please note that the above service requires a signature on delivery, regardless of the parcel size. If you are not available to sign for your order, it will be taken to the nearest Royal Mail sorting office where it must be collected within 7 days. Delivery will not be reattempted.

Returns 

The returns period for exchanges or refunds is 14 Days from receipt of your order. If the order is split into multiple parcels, the returns period starts from the date the final parcel is received. We are happy to refund the purchase price of the items within this timescale and have a no quibble peace of mind refund policy. However, we are unable to cover the cost of returns postage. If an item(s) is to be exchanged for goods of equivalent value during the 14 day returns period, postage for the new item(s) is free to UK addresses only. Exchanges of this nature will be send 2nd Class. Postage on exchanges outside of the UK will be charged at the rates listed within the Delivery section.


Most of our parcels are sent out in a customised resealable bag which can be opened by cutting along the dotted line. The bag can then be reused for returns or exchanges. If the bag is torn whilst opening, simply tape up before posting. A returns address sticker and form will be enclosed within your parcel for your convenience.

Quality control is important to us here at Love Golf. However, we understand that there may be occasions where goods need to be returned or exchanged. Where a garment is faulty, we will pay for the return postage cost. We kindly request that you use a second-class service and obtain proof of posting for records.

All goods must be returned in the original new condition and in the original packaging, with any manufacturers labels still attached. Return postage is the customer's responsibility. Please note you are liable for the goods until received by us
