Delivery & Returns
Please take the time to read the terms and conditions applied to your order. If we have not made any part of the ordering process clear, then kindly let us know.
Returns period extended to 15th January 2020 (for orders placed 25th November to 31st December 2019).
Delivery to the UK is a flat rate of £3.50 for any number of products ordered at any one time. Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of your order being placed (although usually same day before 3pm) and will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. If we cannot dispatch your order within this timescale, we will let you know via email. Your order will be fully insured by us.
Delivery will take 2-3 working days from dispatch, with delivery being made Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Delivery to Europe is charged at £6.95
Worldwide delivery, inclusive of United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand is charged at £11.95
Express delivery (UK only)
A next day ‘Special Delivery Guaranteed’ service is available on request via phone or email using the online contacts form, before 3PM. This will incur an additional charge of £5.00 (£8.50 total, including flat rate postage charge).
If the next day for delivery is a Saturday, the Royal Mail charge is an additional £10.00 (£13.50 total, including flat rate postage charge)
Please note that the above service requires a signature on delivery, regardless of the parcel size. If you are not available to sign for your order, it will be taken to the nearest Royal Mail sorting office where it must be collected within 7 days. Delivery will not be reattempted.

The returns period for refunds or exchanges is 14 Days from receipt of your order (UK & International orders). If the order is split into multiple parcels, the returns period starts from the date the final parcel is received. We are happy to refund the purchase price of the items within this timescale and have a no quibble, peace of mind refund policy.
FREE UK returns & exchanges
Returns for UK orders is free of charge, if returning from within the UK. Simply complete the returns form, indicating preference of refund or exchange and attach the enclosed label to the parcel, taking care to cover over the original label. Drop the parcel in at your local Post Office branch and retain your proof of postage receipt for tracking. To find your nearest Post Office, please go to www.postoffice.co.uk/branch-finder. Please note that the customer remains liable for ordered goods until returned to Love Golf Clothes.
If items are to be exchanged for goods of equivalent value during the 14 day returns period, postage for the new items is free of charge to UK addresses. The cost of returning exchanged items must be covered by the customer. Exchanging a second time will attract a delivery charge at the current rate.
International returns & exchanges
The cost for returning items from outside of the UK must be paid for by the customer. Postage for exchanges outside of the UK will be charged at the rates listed within the Delivery section. Payment must be made before the exchange is dispatched. Please list your preference on the enclosed returns form and we will contact you to arrange the exchange.

Most of our parcels are sent out in a customised resealable bag which can be opened by cutting along the dotted line. The bag can then be resealed and reused for returns or exchanges. Our packaging is 100% recyclable, please dispose of responsibly.
Quality control is important to us here at Love Golf Clothes. However, we understand that there may be occasions where goods need to be returned or exchanged. Where a garment is faulty or damaged, please notify us as soon as the item is received. All goods must be returned in their original, new condition and in the original packaging, with any manufacturers labels still attached. Returned items must be undamaged and odourless. Please note you are liable for the goods until received by us.
Please take care when entering your address details, ensuring they are correct. Love Golf Clothes cannot accept responsibility for incorrect address details or any orders missing in transit as a result of incorrect details. If an order is returned to sender as a result of incorrect address details, shipping costs will be charged again at the standard UK, Europe or International rates as applicable. Love Golf Clothes are not able to refund orders missing in transit as a result of incorrect address details.
Import duty & local tax
For orders being sent to the EU and Rest of the World, any import duty and local tax for the receiving country must be paid by the customer. Import duty and local tax and is not included in the prices shown on this website. We advise that you contact your countries' governing body to request information on such costs before placing your order.
