For peace of mind, our returns period will be extended to 17th January 2024 (orders placed from Monday 4th November 2024).

Republic of Ireland

• FREE delivery over £130 (approx. €150 at current exchange rate)
• Delivery for orders under £130 is charged at €11
• Sent using Royal Mail
• Delivery time aim 5-7 working days (excluding time in customs)
• Tracked within the UK
• Tracking continues in receiving country (An Post)
• VAT deducted from orders
• VAT & duties may be payable via local delivery partner 

Europe

• Delivery to EU & Non EU is charged at £9.99
• Sent using Royal Mail

International 

• Delivery to all other International countries is charged at £11.99

Taxes / duties (EU & International)

Please not that all prices displayed on the website are VAT exclusive. We will not charge any taxes but you may be liable to pay VAT and duties as dictated by your government. You will be contacted by your local postal service to make payment before delivery. 

We advise that you contact your countries' governing body to request information on such costs before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns

The cost for returning items from outside of the UK must be paid for by the customer. Any tax and customs charged to Love Golf Clothes for re-importing your return will be deducted from the amount due for refund. Copies of the customs invoice can be provided on request. Please also ensure your parcel is clearly labelled with ‘Returned goods - relief claimed’ to avoid such charges

Exchanges 

The fastest way to exchange and reserve your new item, is to place a new order and return your initial order for a refund

Returns period 

The returns period for a refunds is 30 Days from receipt of your order (ROI, European & International orders). If the order is split into multiple parcels, the returns period starts from the date the final parcel is received. We are happy to refund the purchase price of the items within this timescale.

Delivery Addresses 

Please take care when entering your address details, ensuring they are correct. Love Golf Clothes cannot accept responsibility for incorrect address details or any orders missing in transit as a result of incorrect details. If an order is returned to sender as a result of incorrect address details, shipping costs will be charged again at the standard UK, Europe or International rates as applicable. Love Golf Clothes are not able to refund orders missing in transit as a result of incorrect address details.
