Q: What is your returns policy? 

A: The returns period for a refund is 30 Days from receipt of your order (UK & International orders). If the order is split into multiple parcels, the returns period starts from the date the final parcel is received. We are happy to refund or exchange your item(s) within this timescale. Q: How do I know what size golf jacket to choose?

A: The golf jacket sizes that are listed are according to the UK size equivalent. Where available, we will also list the corresponding European sizes. If there are any doubts over sizing, please do check with us first, especially when ordering from abroad. 

We are more than happy to take full measurements of garments, should you request this, to reduce the risk of needing to return.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: UK deliveries will take 2-3 working days from dispatch, with delivery being made Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays). 

There is also the option for Express delivery at checkout. Delivery times for orders outside of the UK can vary depending on the country, but should not take longer than a few days to arrive.
