Taxes / duties (Europe & International)

Please note that if you are viewing from outside of the UK, all prices displayed on the website are VAT exclusive. VAT and duties will be calculated and applied at checkout. You will not be required to make any further payments to receive your order.  

For orders placed before 22nd May 2025, taxes and duties will be payable on delivery. You will be contacted by the courier to make payment. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Returns

The cost for returning items from outside of the UK must be paid for by the customer. Any tax and customs charged to Love Golf Clothes for re-importing your return will be deducted from the amount due for refund. Copies of the customs invoice can be provided on request. Please also ensure your parcel is clearly labelled with ‘Returned goods - relief claimed’ to avoid such charges

Exchanges 

The fastest way to exchange and reserve your new item, is to place a new order and return your initial order for a refund.

Returns period 

The returns period for a refunds is 30 Days from receipt of your order (ROI, European & International orders). If the order is split into multiple parcels, the returns period starts from the date the final parcel is received. We are happy to refund the purchase price of the items within this timescale.

Delivery Addresses 

Please take care when entering your address details, ensuring they are correct. Love Golf Clothes cannot accept responsibility for incorrect address details or any orders missing in transit as a result of incorrect details. If an order is returned to sender as a result of incorrect address details, shipping costs will be charged again at the standard UK, Europe or International rates as applicable. Love Golf Clothes are not able to refund orders missing in transit as a result of incorrect address details.
