Please note that if you are viewing from outside of the UK, all prices displayed on the website are VAT exclusive. VAT and duties will be calculated and applied at checkout. You will not be required to make any further payments to receive your order.
For orders placed before 22nd May 2025, taxes and duties will be payable on delivery. You will be contacted by the courier to make payment.
Returns & Exchanges
30 Day Returns period
The returns period for refunds or exchanges is 30 Days from receipt of your order (UK & International orders).
UK returns
Simply complete and enclose the returns form and attach the enclosed label to the parcel. Drop in at your local Post Office branch and retain your proof of postage receipt for tracking. Please note that £2.50 will be deducted from your refund if you choose to use the enclosed returns label.
Exchanges
You can request an exchange on the returns form included within your parcel, or by contacting us via email/contact form. Postage is free of charge for exchanges. Exchanging an item for a second time will incur a postage charge at the standard rate.
The fastest way to exchange and reserve your new item, is to place a new order and return your initial order for a refund (noting that £2.50 will be deducted from the refund of your initial order).
