Returns & Exchanges
30 Day Returns period
The returns period for refunds or exchanges is 30 Days from receipt of your order (UK & International orders).
UK returns
Simply complete and enclose the returns form and attach the enclosed label to the parcel. Drop in at your local Post Office branch and retain your proof of postage receipt for tracking. Please note that £2.50 will be deducted from your refund if you choose to use the enclosed returns label.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange and reserve your new item, is to place a new order and return your initial order for a refund (noting that £2.50 will be deducted from the refund of your initial order).
