Returns

30 Day Returns period 

The returns period for a refund is 30 Days from receipt of your order (UK & International orders). If the order is split into multiple parcels, the returns period starts from the date the final parcel is received. We are happy to refund or exchange your item(s) within this timescale.

Please ensure items are returned in a resaleable condition with their labels attached, in the original packaging and free of make-up or other marks. Any items not returned in this condition will be refused for a refund and returned to the customer.  

UK returns 

Simply complete the returns form, indicating preference of refund or exchange and attach the enclosed label to the parcel, taking care to cover over the original label. Drop the parcel in at your local Post Office branch and retain your proof of postage receipt for tracking (noting that we cannot track your return without this receipt). 

To find your nearest Post Office, please go to www.postoffice.co.uk/branch-finder. Please note that the customer remains liable for ordered goods until returned to Love Golf Clothes.

£2.50 will be deducted from your refund if you choose to use the enclosed returns label. Customers are advised to insure the value of their order if choosing to return using another method.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange and reserve your new item, is to place a new order and return your initial order for a refund (noting that £2.50 will be deducted from the refund of your initial order).

 

Delivery Addresses 

Please take care when entering your address details, ensuring they are correct. Love Golf Clothes cannot accept responsibility for incorrect address details or any orders missing in transit as a result of incorrect details (including mistakes made by the customer's browser autofill). If an order is returned to sender as a result of incorrect address details, shipping costs will be charged again at the standard UK, Europe or International rates as applicable. Love Golf Clothes are not able to refund orders missing in transit as a result of incorrect address details.

 

Quality control & Warranty

Quality control is important to us here at Love Golf Clothes. However, we understand that there may be occasions where goods need to be returned or exchanged. Where a garment is faulty or damaged, please notify us as soon as the item is received. All goods must be returned in their original, new condition and in the original packaging, with any manufacturers labels still attached. Returned items must be undamaged, odourless and free of make-up marks. Items not in this condition will be refused a refund. Please note you are liable for the goods until received by us. 

We offer a 12-month limited warranty for our products, which covers one-time replacement of the same product during the warranty period.
